If you are a rose grower, then you will have rose hips in your back yard already. Rose hips are the vitamin C rich, citrusy flavoured, pod on the underside of a rose bloom. When you break open the pod and take the seeds out you are ready to steep them. When you add them to your favourite loose leaf tea, you are given an added vitamin boost.
