If your grandma would have had a cordless electric tea kettle she would've had many more friends over at her house. Can you imagine the dozens of bridge games that would have been played over a couple of cups of hot tea? Her friends would have been awed at the ease of its use. The water would have been heated and then brought to the table, no cord in tow.

She would have been the envy of every one of them when she brought the kettle to the table with various tea bags. The water would have remained hot for hours and her focus would have never left the game. Her partner would adore her since they would win nearly every hand.

When grandma got a cold, she would be able to take her kettle into her room and have a cup of hot tea with honey whenever she needed it. Assuredly grandpa would not know how to make her tea, and the kettle would keep him from needing to even enter the kitchen.

When you visit grandma's house and come in from playing in the snow, her kettle would have enabled her to provide you with a tasty treat. Hot cocoa with gooey melted miniature marshmallows floating on the top, would have steamed from her fancy mugs. She would tell you that those mugs were for special occasions, and you were the most special of them all.

These things could have happened, each and every one, but unfortunately they did not. All of these wonderful memories could have been grandma's if only she had a cordless electric tea kettle.
